Journey to Shiloh – The Ford Fiesta

Harrison Ford gets his most screen time yet in Journey To Shiloh, a Civil War drama meets a western film from 1968. Paul and Adam break it down, including the weird ’60s song that describes all the characters for you. Plus, Ford News, This Date in Ford History and the usual nonsense you come to expect from The Movie Guys.

  1. I just finished Journey to Shiloh on The Ford Fiesta. I’d just like to add, as a former Universal Studio Guide: there is another clip of Harrison Ford from Journey to Shiloh on the tour. It used to be part of the Before They Were Stars clips. It was the intro clip with the song. The guide could play these clips
individually and let the guests guess who the actor was. The clip would then repeat with the actor’s name on it. Every time I played it, nobody guessed Ford.

  2. Yes! That clipfest would also play on the Universal lower lot on the big screen outside of the Special Effects Stages and Backdraft in a constant loop of clipfests. The whole “Before He Was a Star” series of movies on this show have been a blast to do, and eye-opening!
