Smash-A-Thon – The Movie Guys Highlights
On November 15th, The Movie Trivia Schmoedown community came together to support our friend Kevin Smets and his fight against cancer. We were happy to be there, but we didn’t just want to show up, we wanted to BRING IT. Here are some examples of the wacky shit we brought to the table.
Smash-A-Thon was The Movie Guys’ opportunity to play clips from the match that never was – Kevin Smets vs. The Movie Guys. It was a rite of passage for Kristian Harloff to pit Smets against us in a 2-on-1 matchup and…it didn’t go well for him. Here are three clips of the Smets meltdown:
Thinking we’d be high profile appearing in the Smash-A-Thon charity event, The Movie Guys went and got a sponsor. We felt obliged to play their ad during the event. If you ask “How do you really feel?” after this, you’re not paying attention.
Smash-A-Thon was put together by Movie Trivia Schmoedown reaction shows. We wanted in on the reaction thing, so we did a reaction video to our own FLASH OF GENIUS match from earlier this year. Then, we had reaction show react to our reaction, and so on…until madness ensued.
