The artist behind Mike Tyson’s tattoo wants to STOP THE RELEASE OF THE HANGOVER, PART II because Ed Helms’ character has a similar tattoo that they didn’t secure rights to use. This is a very interesting lawsuit about the rights an artist has to his art, even if it’s on a guy’s face. Stay tuned…

This happened last week, but we want to make sure to report on the death of Tim Hetherington, co-director of the Oscar-nominated “Restrepo”, in Libya. “Restrepo” is a documentary following a platoon in Afghanistan for one year. It’s sad to hear that the deadly situations Hetherington put himself in eventually killed him. “Restrepo” is recommended to everyone.

After fighting for net neutrality earlier this year, Senator Al Franken is fighting the good fight once again. Steve Jobs is one of the few people out there who can legitimately be labelled “genius”. However…the newest iPhones and iPads have tracking devices in them, in that a history of longitude/latitude coordinates for up to a year get stored in the phone. Meaning people can find you.
